Available integrations

Every integration Perceive8 supports, what each one connects, and which guide to follow.

Available integrations

Perceive8 connects to the tools your team already uses — CRM, email, calendar, phone systems, enrichment, and developer tools. Everything is managed from one place: Audio → Settings → Integrations (the Integration Hub).

Each provider appears as a card in the hub with one of two states:

  • Connect — ready to use today. Click Connect and follow the steps in the linked guide.
  • Coming soon — listed in the catalog but not yet connectable.

CRM

Provider How it connects What it does Guide
HubSpot OAuth sign-in Reads contacts and deals for context; writes call notes and analysis summaries back to the right contact or deal. Connect HubSpot
Salesforce — Coming soon.
Pipedrive — Coming soon.
Close — Coming soon.

Email, calendar, and file suites

One sign-in covers the whole suite — you don't connect each product separately.

Provider How it connects What it unlocks Guide
Google Workspace OAuth sign-in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Meet in a single grant. Connect Google Workspace
Microsoft 365 OAuth sign-in Outlook mail, Outlook Calendar, OneDrive, and SharePoint in a single grant. Connect Microsoft 365

Calls

Connect your phone system so calls are recorded, transcribed, and analyzed automatically — and matched to your CRM when one is connected.

Aircall API token Sends finished calls to Perceive8 for transcription and analysis. Call recording providers
RingCentral OAuth sign-in Sends finished calls and recordings to Perceive8 for analysis. Call recording providers

Coming soon

These providers are visible in the Integration Hub but can't be connected yet: Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close (CRM), Calendly (calendar), Zoom (meetings), and Slack (messaging). Need one of them — or something not listed at all? Contact support; integrations are prioritized by customer demand.

Good to know

  • One sign-in, many products. Connecting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 unlocks that vendor's email, calendar, files, and meetings capabilities at once — the hub shows them all as covered.
  • Suggestions. After you connect something, the hub suggests the next most useful connection (for example, a phone system after a CRM).
  • Agents unlock automatically. Recommended agents that require a specific tool are created and started automatically once that tool is connected.
  • New to integrations? Read How integrations work first — it covers authorization, credential security, and what disconnecting does.
